Registration for Spring 2012 is now open! Sign up today!
The deadline is March 10th.
Each team needs players they can rely on. Make sure you can make at least half the games
(excluding open play). Check the Game Schedule for dates.
Saturday games take place at 4pm and 5:30pm (or earlier, depending on sunset later on in the year); Wednesday
games start at 6:30pm and 8pm, respectively.
Season registration fees:
Returning Players: $45
New Players: $55 (includes $10 for a shirt)
Late registration (after March 10th): additional $10
New Players:
Fill out both the SIASL and ISSA (Illinois State Soccer Association) registration forms (click on links below to
open or save forms). Bring both forms along with a photo copy of an ID (Drivers License or Passport) and a
$55 fee (includes a shirt) to one of our open play dates or mail to the address below. A scan or digital picture
of the ID may be sent as an email attachment to this email
address.
Returning Players:
Fill out the SIASL registration form only (click on link to open or save form).
Bring form along with a $45 fee to one of our open play dates or mail to the address below.

Late registrants (later than March 10th) are required to pay an additional $10. Returning players are not
guaranteed a spot on their old team after the deadline.
Foreign Born Players:
A special form for international clearance must be filled out by all foreign born players. This requirement is sanctioned
by the ISSA. It has to be done once, then never again.

Important: All registration forms and fees have to be submitted in full by the time the season starts! If not, players
may not be allowed to play until their paperwork is complete.

It doesn't get any
easier than that!
Here is how:
Click the link below. Complete the forms and submit them to the league by
pressing the "Submit Query" button. The forms comprise the same questions as the paper versions the
league is using, like current team, name, phone number etc. Then you will be taken to a "Thank You" page that allows
you to pay the registration fee via Paypal. If you already have a Paypal account or sign up with them you can
use your credit card or bank account. If you don't have a Paypal account or don't want to sign up with them you can
still use Paypal and pay with your credit or debit card as a Paypal Guest. Of course, you don't have to use Paypal to
pay the fee. You can always send the money by mail to the address below, bring it to one of the open play games or pay
at the start of the season.
Remember, registration is not complete without payment!

The ISSA and International Clearance Forms require actual signatures. They need to be signed at open play or the beginning
of the season.
