Registration
Registration for Fall 2008 has ended.
Teams are full, registration forms can no longer be accepted.
Each team needs players they can rely on. Make sure you can make at least half the games
(excluding open play). Check the Game Schedule for dates.
Saturday games take place at 4pm and 5:30pm (or earlier later on in the year); Wednesday games start at 6:30pm and 8pm,
respectively.
A goal of the league is to eventually expand to eight teams, whenever that is possible. In order to do so we need one
or two players to captain team #8, the Skyblue Crew. A question regarding this has been added to the registration form.
Besides attending the draft, the captain's main job is to inform the players about the start time of games. If you need more
info just drop a line.
Season registration fees
Returning Players: $42
New Players: $50 (includes $8 for a shirt)
New Players:
Fill out both the SIASL and ISSA (Illinois State Soccer Association) registration forms (click on links below to
open or save forms). Bring both forms along with a photo copy of an ID (Drivers License or Passport) and a
$50 fee (includes a shirt) to one of our open play dates or mail to the address below.
Returning Players:
Fill out both the SIASL and ISSA registration forms (click on links below to open or save forms).
Bring both forms along with a $42 fee to one of our open play dates or mail to the address below.
The ISSA form has to be filled out by everybody before the fall season.

Late registrants (August 23rd or later) are required to pay an additional $10. Returning players are not
guaranteed a spot on their old team after the deadline.
Foreign Born Players:
A special form for international clearance must be filled out by all foreign born players.
This requirement is sanctioned by the ISSA. It has to be done once, then never again.

Important: All registration forms and fees have to be submitted in full by gameday 3! After that, players
may not be allowed to play until their paperwork is complete.
