IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. EACH TEAM NEEDS PLAYERS THEY CAN COUNT ON. IF YOU WILL MISS MORE THAN HALF THE GAMES, PLEASE DON'T REGISTER! 2. ALL NEW PLAYERS WILL GO INTO THE GENERAL POOL AND COULD BE ASSIGNED TO ANY TEAM DURING OUR DRAFT. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY WHO WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE SAME TEAM UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED OTHERWISE. ANY EXCEPTION MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SIASL PRESIDENT.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.	The registration deadline is March 7th.
2.	Returning players: Fill out sections I & II ONLY
3.	New players: Fill out sections II & III, the ISSA form, and make a copy of a photograph. Foreign born players also fill out the USSF International Clearance Form.
4.	Registration fees: Returning players: $60 New players: $70 (includes a league jersey) After March 7th: placement not guaranteed - so register in time!
5.	Make checks payable to SIASL. All players should send in forms and a check or cash to:

	Please try to be as honest as possible. In order to make all the teams equally competitive during the draft, the league needs your honest assessment of your skills.
