SIASL Registration

Online Registration

Online registration consists of two parts:
Part 1: SIASL Registration
Part 2: Illinois State Soccer Association (ISSA) Registration
New Players: Complete both parts 1 and 2. Important: ISSA requires the player's signature. Even though the ISSA form is submitted online it still needs to be signed at the start of the season. All that means is a league officer will ask you to sign a piece of paper then.
Returning Players: Only complete part 1.

Make sure you enter your name, phone number and email address correctly. The league and your team captain(s) need the information to contact you whenever necessary (announcements, schedule changes etc.). It will not be given to anybody else.
After completing the form(s) press the "Submit Query" button at the bottom of the page. If the submission is successful you will be transferred to a "Thank You" page where you can view your submitted data. However, your registration is not complete without payment! You will see a link to Paypal on the "Thank You" page. Select the appropriate amount ($45 for returning and $55 for new players or players switching teams) and click the "Paypal Click here to pay" button, which will take you to the Paypal website. There you can log in or register with Paypal and pay with a credit card or use your bank account to make the payment.
If you don't have a Paypal account or don't want to sign up with them you can still use Paypal and pay with your credit or debit card as a Paypal Guest.
Alternatively, you can send payment as cash or check to the address on the registration page.
